We do not allow rooms to be transferred or resold. We offer a 100% refund, minus credit card/site processing fees, up to 45 days out from the event. Within 45-30 days of the event, we will give a 50% credit toward a future event only. There will be no refunds, without purchasing the insurance, within 30 days of the event. Rooms cannot be transferred.
If you believe you might need to cancel, please consider purchasing the Refund Protection below which will allow for a complete refund, minus the Refund Protection cost and Tips, up to the day of the event.
Refund Protection offers peace of mind by allowing guests to receive a full refund for their ticket purchase up until the day of the event. This ensures flexibility for unexpected changes or cancellations. The refund amount will be issued minus the cost of the Refund Protection itself, any tips, and applicable credit card processing fees. It’s a simple way to safeguard your plans while maintaining transparency about non-refundable charges.
