We do not allow rooms to be transferred or resold.  We offer a 100% refund, minus credit card/site processing fees, up to 45 days out from the event.  Within 45-30 days of the event, we will give a 50% credit toward a future event only.  There will be no refunds within 30 days of the event. Rooms cannot be transferred.
